Q: What's the guest capacity at Mahotsav Banquets?
Three halls accommodating 200 to 600 guests, so we can host anything from an intimate ceremony to a large wedding.
Q: Can we bring outside catering, decor, or a DJ/band?
No — outside food and decorators aren't permitted, and DJ, orchestra, music bands, and fireworks are prohibited at the venue.
Q: What are your hall timings?
Lunch session 10:30 AM–3:00 PM, dinner session 7:00 PM–10:30 PM. Extra hours beyond the booked slot are ₹10,000/hour.
Q: Is alcohol allowed?
Only with a valid Excise Event Permit obtained by the host.
Q: How much does catering cost?
Veg packages start at ₹700 + 5% GST per plate, non-veg starts at ₹800 + 5% GST per plate. Get an estimate here based on your guest count and package — we'll confirm hall availability and share next steps for booking over a call or at our office.
Q: Is parking available?
Yes — two basement cellars, plus space at the front and back of the building, and by-permission access to the adjoining grounds for 100+ additional cars for larger events.
Q: How does booking and payment work?
50% advance at booking, balance due 7 days before the event. Once full payment is received the menu is locked in and non-refundable.
Q: Do you cater outdoor/off-site events?
Yes, outdoor catering is available for up to 2,000 guests.
Q: Can we change our guest count after booking?
Guaranteed pax must be confirmed 1 week before the event. It can be increased up to 3 days before, but not reduced. Extra plates on the day are charged at menu price +10%, subject to availability.
